Dr. Smart S. Ebinne is the Mission Overseer (M.O) of Royal Foundation Mission. He is an Obstetrician and Gynecologist with a reputable and busy practice in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

A widely acknowledged Spirit-filled preacher and teacher of the Word of God, who has held several Christian leadership positions in and outside Nigeria.

He has written three (3) fast selling and spiritually stimulating books, namely:

He is joyfully married to Pst. (Mrs.) Clara Obianuju Ebinne, and together, they are blessed with five wonderful children, filling their home with love, faith, and joy.
